Common app question

<p>Hi guys, I have a question regarding the school form portion of Common App. If I want to send my professor the email from CA so he could do an online evaluation of me. How do i do it? because all i see now is a page where i can print out the evaluation.</p>

<p>For transfer,I think you would have to print out the forms and get your instructors to fill them</p>
