This may be a stupid question, but I guess I still need to ask it because my searches are not yeilding any helpfull results.

When filling out the Common App, and there is a form for all of the Teacher Info/Reccomendations, how exactly does one send that in online?
It appears there is space on the Common App for a teacher to write on if you were to print it out...but there is no way a teacher would write an individual recc. for each of the 6-10 schools the average person may apply to.

Sorry for the seemingly stupid questions...I just need a little help getting on the right track.

Squiggle is correct. Teachers also sometimes write on their own letterhead and attach their rec to whatever form the various schools require; answering each school's rating/checklist qx.

Some schools do have the capability to have teachers submit their recs online. Most require that a hard copy be sent by the teacher by mail.

Common app makes it really easy for teachers--as Squiggle says, the teacher types out one copy, signs it and then photocopies it to send to each college.

You should provide your teacher with a common app teacher recommendation form and an addressed AND STAMPED envelope for each school to which you are applying.
