<p>On the Common App it asks if you have ever had an academic interruption or delay in any way. Under that category, I notice that "did or will change secondary schools" is on the list. Now, I moved to my current school from another one during my freshman year. I missed a couple of weeks and was unable to enroll in a couple of classes that I had been taking at my other school. Is this important to include? I explained it under the "necessary explaination" section, however I feel like it hasn't had a tremendous impact on my education...I mean the explanation is required of people who also commit felonies and have had disciplinary issues.....Will this hurt my application? I tried to make in clear in that explanation that it wasn't that big of a deal, but it has me worried now. Any tips would be great!</p>
<p>Go ahead and put it. I doubt that colleges will pay any attention (unless the reason you switched is bad). Just say that you switched schools because your family moved (assuming that’s the case)</p>
