<p>In the principal awards/honors/distinction section on page 3, should the student put the date with the award or just list awards?</p>

<p>I just listed my awards If anything, I would think you would only need to list the year assuming that's relevant, other than that just the awards themselves</p>
<p>list award with grade in parentheses. ie:</p>
<p>Climbed Mt. Everest (11)
Member of Ultimate Avengers (9-12)</p>
