I have a bunch of questions regarding the Common App and would appreciate any help/advice! Thanks!

My questions:

Should I fill up ALL the lines with activities? There are some ECs I'm involved in but I'm not very active in. For instance I'm in NHS at my school but I'm not active in it. NHS members are only seniors, with juniors getting inducted towards the end of their junior year. I am not an officer nor am I an active member. Should I put this down towards the end of the activities list or should I not mention it at all?

Hours/week, weeks/year- I am not sure about this for many of my activities. What should I put? What about activities that were one day events/competitions?

Summer programs- I've participated in summer programs that I've found really meaningful. Should I put these up towards the top of my activities list? Or would it seem bad because they are summer activities for only a few weeks and not a school activity.

Additional Info- I have more than 5 awards. I'm guessing I should put my five most impressive awards. Should I attach a resume with the rest? I don't think I will run out of space for ECs, but I don't want to just send in a list of awards so should I just elaborate in more detail on my ECs in the resume?

Awards- Some awards I have won for multiple years, but I received a different place each year (for instance 2nd place 9th grade, 3rd place 10th grade, etc.). How should I list these? As just [general award name] without the place? I feel like that would not be as impressive.

Additional Info- What else should be attached other than a resume?

Arts Supplement- I do not plan on majoring in art. I am good, but not brilliant. Should I send in something?

Teacher Recs- Where are they?? Do teachers submit online or through mail? Do the same teacher recs go to every school?

Language Proficiency- What defines language proficiency?
