<p>1) So for the activities section, it says number of hows per week. Okay got that.
Then it asks weeks spent per year. So its February 2014 so so far it's only been like 4 weeks even though I have been doing it since November last year. Should I just write all the weeks (14 weeks)? Or 4?</p>
<p>2) I'm applying as a transfer. There are 3 forms to be done. registrar report, midterm report, and the final report. There isn't a form that says to attach my official grades, but don't I have to send my college transcript? (btw on the midterm report it has my professors signatures with my grades on it. Is that sufficient?)</p>
<p>3)Would there be a reason why my instructor hasn't been receiving the email sent from common app as an invite for a rec??</p>
<p>4)When I list my courses, it says to list " title, including level (101, 201, etc.) " If I happen to be taking General Chemistry 1, so do I just write that? It comes with a code at my school called General Chemistry 2003, or do I write that? Or both?? </p>
