<p>This is about the city of birth question on the Common App. Originally, I put my city of birth as the town I lived in when my parents brought me home from the hospital. However, my friend says that the question refers to the hospital in which I was born. If I was born at a hospital in town A but lived in town B upon leaving the hospital as a baby, should I put town A or B for city of birth? </p>
