<p>because of the new common app,my school's computer system can no longer log on to the common app website, neither does my school use naviance.i had already invited my teachers and thought they were able to do it online,but they cant. so they decided to do it offline instead. my question is that do i need to print out forms or can they print out forms themselves?</p>
