Common app registrar report help!

<p>I am a sophomore student who is trying to fill out the common application to transfer to the University of Southern California.
My application is COMPLETE, as in Rec Letter, Writing assignments, common app itself is complete. But I am struggling with this whole "Registrar report" part.
I fully understand that I need to invite someone from the office of registrar from my current university.
I emailed one of the people in the registrar's office, and they said they have NEVER heard of "registrar report" before.
So I have no idea what to do... do they get like a form to fill out when they get the invitation? because all mine said was that she got a transcript request on that invitation email i sent her through the common app.</p>

<p>If you invite without entering an email address, that should allow you to complete your app and access a printable pdf version of the registrar form. It is, in effect, a transcript request.</p>

<p>i’m getting really stressed by it too! i have the same problem and tried to download the printable version, but it appears that there is some form of recommendation that the registrar will need to complete as well, not just requesting transcripts… is there anyway to go around that problem?</p>
