<p>I am a sophomore student who is trying to fill out the common application to transfer to the University of Southern California.
My application is COMPLETE, as in Rec Letter, Writing assignments, common app itself is complete. But I am struggling with this whole "Registrar report" part.
I fully understand that I need to invite someone from the office of registrar from my current university.
I emailed one of the people in the registrar's office, and they said they have NEVER heard of "registrar report" before.
So I have no idea what to do... do they get like a form to fill out when they get the invitation? because all mine said was that she got a transcript request on that invitation email i sent her through the common app.</p>
<p>PLEASE HELP ME!! the deadline is on the 1st of Feb, but I would like to submit it at least 2 weeks before! Thank you so much!</p>
