I turned in requests for my school forms about two weeks ago, but my counselor prefers to do everything offline, so how do I know if my colleges have received my counselor recommendation forms and my transcript?
What happens if they don't have the forms by the due date? Is my application ignored?

-thank you

Usually the college will email you and give you some form of website that you can check your credentials on so you can see what they’ve gotten or not. Forms are usually considered on time if they are post marked by the due date. Meaning that is your counselor sent them the day before the due date but it was processed in a post office on that day it will be stamped with that date. It may not get to the college until a week later but it will be considered on time because of the stamp.
