Common App School forms

I'm a high school graduate (graduated this year) applying for a fall 2007 admission.
The common app. has 3 school report related forms:
1. School Report
2. Mid-Year Report
3. Final Report

Obviously i don't need the mid-year report, so do i need to submit the school report or the final report? i really can't see any difference between them. But i'm guessing its the school report

One more question:
The school forms, teacher evals etc. are all 2 pages each.... am i supposed to print them front and back? or on two seperate sheets?

Front and back looks great. Also, less chance of losing the paper work in the admissions office.

Thanks......but my original question is still unanswered

bump...............

I printed them on two sheets for my teachers to fill out so it's easier to copy. You only send the school report now. Mid-year and final are later.

You only send the final report if you are accepted, so don't worry about that for now. When time comes, you can ask the school you'll be going to.

what?
I'm finished with high school......i already know all my grades.
I still don't need to send final report? please clarify

final report, as well as mid-year report, were intended for seniors.

I kno you don't need to send a mid-year, but a special final year report may be asked, so they can check what you did. never heard about this, tho, i'm only guessing

a special final report? what d'u mean?
Theres really no difference between final report and school report is there....

and what d'u mean check what i did?

ya, like tell them what you did in the last year, just as seniors tell them what they did.

bump.................
