What is the difference between the Secondary School Report, the Mid-Year School Report, and the Final Report, and the School Transcript?

I am a New Zealand citizen looking to apply to the US, and I stumbled across these forms in the Common App. Unfortunately, I am not sure what the "Secondary School Report" is (how is it different to "mid year" and "Final" reports??

Hopefully this question is very easy to answer for the majority of US students.

Thanks!

Never mind everyone, CommonApp.org replied to my email.

But for those interested:

When you apply, you submit the Secondary School Report thing, and when you get your mid-year report you send that by itself (say in February) and when you get your final (i.e. after you receive admission to Uni, maybe June) you send that.

Unless you’re from the Southern Hemisphere like me, where you get all these before you apply - in that case, just send the SSR, and check the box on Mid-Year and Final saying “Nothing has changed since the SSR”.
