What are some good colleges that take the common app and have a very simple supplement or no supplement at all?

Washington University in St. Louis 8-)

Holy Cross -located 1 hour from Boston.

Carleton College

case western

You really shouldn't be looking for schools based on that criteria... in the long run the one or two essays that the "complicated" supplemental forms require won't mean much or take up much time.

anyone else?

bucknell..

Bryn Mawr College has a short supplement.

any more top schools wit simple supplements or none at all?

Bump

tulane's is easy

a lot of schools have easy supplements (no essays)!
william and mary, tufts, lafayette

TUFTS! I didn't know that.

CARLETON!!! Tufts does have an essay, what are you talkin' bout?

Wesleyan has a really easy supplement, too.

Boston College's supplement is very straightforward - no additional essay beyond what's required in the common app.

I thought W & M's supplement was neat - there's an optional page for an essay, picture, poem, whatever. It seemed like a good opportunity to send in a really strong piece of work. I think the instructions referred to it as "show and tell with an attitude" or words to that effect.

tufts' essay is optional
