prob a lame question... do all colleges who accept the common app and their supplement, accept the common app secondary school report and mid-year report as well or should we call particular school to verify?

If you are using the Common App and supplement, you should use the Common App secondary school report and mid-year report.
If you are asking if you're allowed to use the Common App forms (school report, etc) but use the college's own application, that depends on the particular school.

Don't know if that was clear, but basically:
If you're using the Common Application and supplement, also use the other Common App forms.
If you're using the college's application, ask the college if they'll accept the Common App forms with their app.

thank you. you answered my question. D had already applied using the common app and supplement. so she will use the common app secondary report forms. I'm more stressed out then she is.

I was stressed too, because my d decided to use one school's individual app (avoided an extra essay since there's no supplement if you use theirs), but had already given the guidance office the Common App's forms. I called the school, who said no problem. The info is close enough and as long as they get the transcript, it's OK. I think most schools would be like this.

thanks you all. Can you believe it? D applied to 3 schools all using the common app, but just found out that one of them wants the first quarter grades. Good thing we found out. She was planning on sending the mid year grades from the common app form. Make sure everyone double double checks all the requirements for each school. I found using the common app fast, but now a bit confusing.
