<p>I had two service activities that I put on my application. One of them I was involved in 9th grade, and the other in 10th, but by accident I put 9th AND 10th for both. Idk what I was thinking lol, so it makes it look like I have a lot more hours than I actually do. Our school shows service hours on transcripts.</p>
<p>Should I notify the institution? If they calculate it out, it would be about 300 service hours, and I only have 150, so it is a big difference</p>
