Common App Teach Rec - Waiver?

<p>I'm looking at the Common App and for teacher recommendations, I've noticed that there is no place to sign to waive one's right to see the rec as per some 1974 law. </p>

<p>Is there a place where I can sign or indicate that I waive the right?</p>
