Common App Teacher Evaluations

<p>I have applied to all of my schools, but I just realized that I might have a problem with my recs. The teachers I got my letters from don't go to my school, and they sent the letters via mail. But they only sent the letters and not the teacher evaluation form from Common App. Is this okay? Please help!</p>

<p>I suggest contacting the admissions office. The requirements will vary from college to college.
