<p>My teachers just submitted their recommendations online and I have one question regarding that.</p>
<p>I have this form from the UM website. The form has checkmarks, stating to evaluate my "Character and Personality" and also filling out personal information about the teacher and myself. Is this form required for this year's admission, or should I just focus on filling out the common app and following the common app's directions specifically?</p>
