Common App - Too Much Additional Info?

I have two things that, for me personally, seem crucial for the "Additional Info" section of the Common App:

-explaining a personal situation

-elaborating on ECs

I don't want to put them both in the same section, that might be confusing, so...what should I do?

Blahhhh I hate this

bumppppppppppppppppppp

They give you space for a paragraph about an EC in addition to the whole activities section, and you can write about your EC’s in your personal essay and maybe in some supplements for certain colleges that give you the option, so I’d explain the personal situation if I were you. However I guess you could just lump both in the additional information if you had a burning desire to do so…it might be confusing though.

If you format it so it’s clear that you are addressing two separate things, it shouldn’t be a problem. Use clear titles for each section.

Oh, fantastic.

Just realized I also need to list the rest of my siblings in “Additional Info.”

How on earth…should I upload three separate documents? Or stick it all on one page?!

bumpppppppppp
