<p>so i am applying to 2 schools (UMich and Northwestern) and was wondering if i should name the two schools or make it a gnereal essay so both feel its for them.</p>
<p>If the school doesn’t have a supplemental ‘Why College X’ question, then make alternative versions of the CA and customize your essay for each school.</p>
<p>I have a question, do we still have to do that 600 word essay or just the transfer question?</p>

<p>The transfer CA has 2 essays: the short EC essay and the 250-500 word personal essay which is about “your reasons for transferring and the objectives you hope to achieve”.</p>
<p>On the transfer common application, it doesn’t specifically say 500 word personal essay like it does during freshman admissions…would it be okay if its longer?</p>
<p>I’m looking at the downloaded transfer app from the CA website, not online, it says in bold, 250-500 words.</p>

<p>^Why did you want two accounts? You can make multiple versions of the CA with different essays within the same account.</p>
