Common app transfer essays

<p>Hello,</p>

<pre><code> I'm applying to several schools for transfer in Fall of 2013. I know I've seen people on here say they submit unique essays to schools that don't have a supplemental essay. I was reading over the transfer highlight PDF for 2012-2013- https://www.commonapp.org/CommonApp/Docs/DownloadForms/2012/2012-13TR-FinalHighlighedPreview.pdf and noticed it says under the essay not to do exactly what I wanted to do and have seen many others do. If I want to submit unique essays, how can I do it? Also, my high school grades aren't so great- can I leave the secondary school grades portion blank if the colleges I am applying to don't require high school transcripts?

<p>Forgive me if I am wrong, but I think you can write down your unique essay usually in the section on a college application that usually says something like, “Is there anything else you wish to tell us?” I’m not exactly sure either. What college are you looking to transfer to? I haven’t even started college yet, but I still want to transfer.</p>
