We are embarking on the application process. Do you think UM, or other universities for that matter, have a preference regarding the Common App vs. their own application?
Also, does UM give any legacy advantage? Both myself and her aunt are alumni.
I don’t think; I know. There is no preference. There cannot be. That is part of the university’s agreement with Common App.
Yes, when the alum is a parent or grandparent. But not aunt.
