How important is it to waive your rights to see any recommendations? We were about to just quickly check the "yes" button, but then I started to think it might be nice to have that option to see them...sometime. Is it generally just better to give up your choice to see them? I want to do what is perceived as best here. Thanks.

Most people recommend just doing it. There’s suspicion that some colleges might care about whether or not you waive it; it’s not definite, but is seeing your recommendations after you’ve been admitted worth even a small drop in your admissions chances?
