<p>The Common App won't let me edit the EC description for one of my activities. As in, after I click "Continue" it doesn't actually change what the text box says. I tried deleting the whole activity and trying again, but when I added it back it still had the same old description I didn't want.
Is this just a glitch or something that will go away, or am I not allowed to edit my EC descriptions?</p>
<p>Experiencing the exact same thing…surely must be a glitch…also frustrated by limit of one paragraph break in the essay…what gives!</p>
<p>It helps a lot if you put two full spaces between each paragraph. It doesn’t actually leave the spaces in there, but it ends up looking a lot nicer.</p>
<p>The same thing is happening to me ^^^. When I add a new activity it automatically fills in the boxes with the information I don’t want, and it won’t let me change it either.</p>
<p>Figured out how to fix the problem. Highlight the text in your EC description, hit Ctrl + X, and then type out what you want to say.</p>
