My "elaborate on a extracurricular or work activity" CA essay is right now 199 words, well within the 250/350 limit for my schools... I was wondering if this is too short? Am I not taking full advantage of the word limit, or is succinctness ok too?</p>
<p>That’s fine. Make sure for schools that say “approximately 250 words” that you put some more stuff into it. But for schools with just a ‘limit’ 199 is perfectly ok. Make sure that you’re happy with it, schools like concise essays but make sure that you have everything you want in those 199 words.</p>
