Common Application Fee Waiver Help?!

<p>I'm applying to three schools using the CA: Tufts, RPI, and CU Boulder. I am confused as to how the common app fee waiver applies to each of these schools because the Tufts and RPI websites say that I need a letter from my guidance counselor or the College Board Application Fee Waiver form. Do I need these as well, or do I only need the Common App Fee Waiver. PLEASE HELP! URGENT</p>

<p>if you use the common app, you must click that you are paying by fee waiver and the reason that you are fee waiver eligible. Your counselor must log in to the common app and approve you for the fee waiver on his/her end. If the GC does not approve the fee waiver, then you must pay the fee.</p>
