Common Application--Help with School Forms

I am a little confused with the school forms. There is College Official Report, Instructor Evaluation, and Secondary School Report.

I am applying to BC, NYU, and Northeastern on the common app.

How does it work for the paperwork for each of the schools to receive it? Do i need to tell my Professor to make three copies of the evaluation, or print him out 3 to hand-write 3 times?

When they say college advisor, do they mean college counselor?

…anyone?

I am also confused about these additional school forms (Secondary school form, midyear, final reports, teacher evaluations, etc.)

Am i supposed to print them out, fill them in, and then give them to the counselor and teacher (whoever should receive it)?

Is there an automatic fill in for my applicant information? b/c that is the only information i need to fill in, its just tedious :P

Print three copies of the form out and give them to the professors to fill out. When done, mail them to their respective schools.

Yes, give the prof 3 forms, they might just copy the form and their LOR in triplicate for the 3 schools. If you are giving up the right to see the LOR, then you ought to include a stamped, addressed envelope for the prof to send the LOR and form.

Yes, college adviser can be a college counselor, just ask at your school and they will get it to the right person to fill out the form.

The Secondary school form goes to your HS, same as for fr admissions, except that it will have your final grades from sr year.

Fill out mid year reports (for schools that require them) after your fall qt/sem is finished. Final reports only go to where you matriculate.

Thank you very much.

Ah, I’ve remembered a new question.

Can one get these forms filled out online somehow (by the teacher or counselor) and then sent online to the appropriate colleges?

Check the CA websie, I know that HS teachers can submit online for fr admissions.
