Common Application- listing a job help

So I started working during the summer before my senior year. I have kept the same job, but over summer I would work 40+ hours, and now with school I only work the most 25. I was wondering if I should list my job as to seperate activities, just so I can indicate how many hours I worked during each period. Should I do that, or should I just average out the hours and the amount of weeks? Thank you!
