<p>I'm going into the spring semester of my sophomore year at Purdue University. I just have a question about mid-year report. Is the mid-year report for the fall semester or spring semester?. Do I have to turn in both for fall and spring? Please help.</p>
<p>Also when I get the signatures of each of my instructors, do I photocopy the form and send it to the school by envelope myself? What do I do to send my mid-year report?</p>
