<p>I submitted my application, supplement, and payment on 12/31/08, and the first two were downloaded withing 24 hours, but payment still shows as "Submitted", but not yet downloaded. All my other colleges have the downloaded status, is this normal?</p>
<p>Mine never changed to downloaded. I've applied and been accepted and its still submitted, so I wouldn't worry about yours.</p>
