<p>Does anyone know what time of year the new common data sets come out, or if they even are published at a uniform time?</p>
<p>You will likely start to see them in October but they all do not come out at once. The official reporting date of the information for compiling the CDS is October 15 but some finish and publish before then and some are late.</p>
