<p>ive seen several threads recently about the common data set, but i cant figure out how to access the data set for an individual college. does anyone know?</p>

<p>Google: common data set [name of college] and see what happens. Note, not all have it and some call it something else (like factbook or statistical data or statistical abstract or other, but you may be able to find it on their sites</p>

<p>comment: if a school does not publish its CDS (UPenn), you should be skeptical of its published admissions numbers and stats.</p>

<p>Sometimes the CDS are under the heading "Institutional Research" on college websites.</p>
