CommonAPP and acknowledgment letters.

<p>I have applied to 4 schools through the common application.
I applied on December 16, and have yet to receive any letters of acknowledgment from any of the colleges. Is this normal? Some of these colleges have their deadlines on Feb/01.
Any help is appreciated.</p>

<p>Yes, this is normal. Most schools aren’t staffed during the holidays, so you can expect emails or letters in the first weeks of January.</p>
