CommonApp bug: correct password denied

<p>I have an encountered a problem where a correct password is indefinitely denied. A solution to the bug seems to be to switch computers or browsers, but the problem remains for the browser used originally. This problem is so far only encountered on Windows (XP and 7) on Chrome.</p>

<p>Does anyone have a direct solution?</p>

<p>Also the password reset will either not send an email or send an email saying your email address is unrecognized.</p>

<p>If the problem is only on one browser on one computer something has happened to your browser, most likely you have some some spyware/spamware infection. </p>

<p>Scan your PC with anti spyware or just use the other browser.</p>

<p>It is simply due to the network traffic. Don’t worry, your password is fine. Try a different browser or try at a different time. I hope you are not rushing for a deadline today. We have experienced that numerous time in the past few weeks.</p>

<p>I believe the problem is that the wrong tab is selected for the login (i.e. recommender instead of applicant).</p>

<p>That would cause it too.</p>
