CommonApp Career Question?

<p>Hi guys, I'll make it brief, I posted in a subforum a while ago but got zero replies.</p>

<p>So on CommonApp they ask what you're future plans/degree might be. I want to apply to some (bio) engineering schools, and also some other schools where engineering isn't an option\ (like UChicago or LACs). I would major in bio at these schools. </p>

<p>Would all colleges see that I picked Enginneering for the Future Plans section, then the LACs would think I really am not passionate about their school because engineering isn't offered?
Same question concerns if I was to double major and such.</p>

<p>Once you submit the CA to a school(s), you can make alternate versions and change your future plans/degree designations.</p>

<p>So I can submit my ED to a place with Engineering, then submit to UChicago with Bio? Then for RD adjust accordingly? Thanks for answering both my questions entomom!</p>

<p>Fill out the CA w/Engineering, submit it ED. Then make Alt. Version1 and change to Bio, submit it to UChicago. Then make Alt. Version2, send to…</p>
