<p>I think you have to print it out the form and give it to your evaluator. Your evaluator has to mail it to Dartmouth before deadline. (That’s what my son did.)</p>
<p>My friend emailed it as a pdf attachment to a specific admissions email address. I believe you can find it on their website - I thought that was more efficient.</p>
