commonapp ID number on school forms

<p>The Stanford Supplement says" Always download all school forms (such as the Secondary School Report and Teacher Evaluations) directly from the Common Application website after you log in to your Common Application account so that your Common Application ID number appears on each form you download. Your Common Application ID number must appear on every document you submit to Stanford."</p>

<p>But I have just mailed my school forms today, which is printed without commonapp ID numbers.</p>

<p>Is that serious?</p>

<p>^I printed off a generic GC form from the common app site as well. I’m sure plenty of people do it… Just as plenty of people forget the GC Part II form for Harvard… ehem…</p>
