For the Commonapp, one of my teachers opted for paper letters. She sent them all in to the schools about a month and a half ago, but now I see on the commonapp that is says she's not opted as a mail-in teacher anymore and it says she hasn't sent the letters in yet (presumably by email). I've confirmed that she has in fact sent the paper letters, so is this a problem. If they get the paper letters but it doesn't say she's opted for the paper anymore on the Commonapp, does it really make a difference?

Once your teacher has sent in the hardcopy teacher evaluation, you should track the application status on the websites of the schools you are applying, not the common app. Many schools now have websites for you to login and track your application status and it will show if they have received your application, supplement, evaluations, SAT/ACT scores, and transcripts. If an online website is not available, then you can send an email to the college’s admissions office and they will usually answer pretty quickly or just give them a call.
