Commonapp midterm transfer report question

On the midterm transfer report, there is a line for "College you are currently attending" and underneath there is another line for "Institution/CEEB". What is the difference between college and institution? Or do I just put the college name on top and the CEEB number on the bottom?

Also, this is more trivial but do I mail the midterm report together with the registrar and final report? I asked the school to fill them out and return them to me in a sealed envelope, and im planning to mail them together with my midterm report.

Do this.

It would be fine to send all those forms together. Just to be sure, your Final Report was filled out by your HS, not your college, right?

Yes, it was filled out by my high school. Thank you so much, Entomom!

I know I’m bumping an old thread, but I have a question about this. I’ve written my current college’s name on the top of this form where it says “Current College or University”, but what exactly is Institution/CEEB? Isn’t that for SATs or high schools or something? I’m a long way removed from HS, am I to leave it blank?

Thanks!

CEEB should be a unique 4-digit number assigned to each college(??). Anyways I left it blank.

You can find it on your common app application pdf, somewhere in the corners

boy, I feel dumb loodik1, Thank you

I was wondering about something, too. The line at the top is for current institution, but is the line at the bottom (with the CEEB) also for the current institution? Or is it for each school receiving the form? (So multiple forms would have to be filled out.) Just making sure.
