Commonapp paper forms...

Since my counselor encountered some problems with the Commonapp online application, he opted for the paper forms. Now, if I'm applying to, say, 8 schools, will he have to fill out 8 different forms or can he just fill out one and then make copies? Also, there are three different reports: School report, Mid-year report, and Final report; which ones should I give to my counselor?
We're international so we're a bit confused. Thanks in advance!

Your counselor will be able to fill out just one school report form now and make copies. To save the postage, you may want to ask your admissions counselor at each school whether they would allow the counselor to submit by email (only ask this if the counselor has a school email address from which to send to show it is legitimate.)

A mid-year report should be filled out later, after your fall term grades are in using the same procedure (fill out one, send copies by mail).

Final report is only going to be applicable at the school where you choose to enroll and any schools where you are still on the waiting list at the end of this full school year.

There is also an optional report which a counselor might choose to send if your grades or schedule change during the year or if you receive a significant mid-year award or there are other important updates.
