<p>Two teachers entered their recommendation letters into CommonApp before the end of New year. Apparently, the CommonApp still showed that they have not started yet. It sounds like it is the CommonApp problem. Just want to know who else has the similar issue. There is no phone number in Commonapp support. How do contact Commonapp to resolve the problem.</p>

<p>We had this issue. One of my D’s additional recommendations was submitted but never showed up on the common app. Weeks later, D asked the person to try again and it went through. Of course, then when D tried to add the name to one college, it added the recommendation to ALL of the colleges that allowed another recommendation. Not a huge deal but weird. </p>

<p>If that doesn’t help, you can have them complete offline forms (by removing and then reassigning the recommender without entering his/her email address). That’s what I had to do.</p>
<p>My S already submitted quite a few Commonapps a few days ago. Is he till able to remove the existing teachers from the recommendation lists and then add them again and resubmit? It seems like once you submitted the application, it wont allow you to change anything.</p>
