So this is about the School Forms (secondary school report, midyear report, teacher evaluations) concerning the CommonApp and other schools that require them. *When one submits the rest of the application on-line how does one submit the school forms? *

Do I just hand the forms to my teacher or counselor and have them make copies of the completed forms and send them individually to each college? And if I'm applying to say 4 CommonApp schools and 3 NON-CommonApp schools will one recommending teacher have to fillout a total of 4 different forms (1 CommonApp, 3 NON-CommonApp) and mail out 7 envelopes to each corresponding school?

It might be that I'm just stupid or am overcomplicating things in my head but any help is highly appreciated =).

You can't submit the school forms online, as they have to be filled out by the school.

Ask your guidance dept how they do it, as each school has different procedures. At my son's hs, we filled out the "top part" of the counselor and rec forms, gave one copy of the counselor form to his gc, and one copy of the teacher rec form to each of the teachers he was asking for a rec. The teachers filled in those forms then turned them in to guidance.

My son filled out the main part of the application and the supplements online, once he had submitted that part we gave an addressed envelope to guidance. They made a copy of the counselor form, the teacher recs, and the transcript and mailed it to the college. (Our hs also includes a self-addressed stamped envelope for the colleges to send back indicating that they received the packet and if there is anything missing).

My son applied to 6 schools, ALL of them took the Common App, which made our lives much easier!
