<p>For all the college essay supplements that you upload on Common App, are you supposed to put your name, SSN, DOB in the header/footer? Or you just write your essay and upload it?</p>
<p>If i’m not wrong, you are suppoused to just upload it, if you are sending extra stuff via snail mail then you are suppoused to put your name and Common Application id number.</p>
