Hi, I’m a student at USC looking to transfer to other schools. On the CommonApp, there’s a tab called recommenders and FERPA where I need to submit things like the College Report, Transcript, Secondary School Final Form, and Mid-term report. I’ve tried looking really hard on the internet for information about this, but all I can find are pages like “how to transfer to USC” and not pages telling me how to transfer FROM USC.
I know I’ll need to go to the academic records office and something like that, but can anyone that has undergone or has any knowledge of this process please give me some help with this? Are all these forms obtainable from the academic records office? Is there a counselor in your college you can talk to, and if not, who will send all these forms to the colleges you wish to apply to?
