<p>Which is more important? What if my supplement essay outdoes my more generic commonapp essay? Will my app be saved despite the generic commonapp essay?</p>

<p>You’re overanalyzing this. They look at both essays. They definitely don’t ‘weigh’ the essays. They’re going to look at the complete package and render a decision.</p>
