<p>I would pick the 2C. I have no evidence for this, but I believe that in the past, Collegeboard had SAT II Math Levels 1 and 2 (no C), meaning calculators were not allowed to be used (just like science ones now). "C" means calculator. Maybe they decided that we can use them and changed the tests to 1C and 2C.</p>
