I am majoring in Communication and I applied for the following schools as a transfer student:

UCLA*
UC Davis*
Chapman* (offers me a scholarship!)
American* (offers me a scholarship!)
Cornell
UC Berkeley
USC
UNC Chapel Hill
Boston University
Syracuse

means already get accepted.

Which (3) school(s) will you pick if they all accept you and why?

I’m also looking to transfer for communications.

I applied to

BU
WashU
Northeastern
BC
Delaware
UPenn

I got into BU and Washu and am leaning towards BU COM. Out of those I believe BU, Syracuse, and USC are best known for communications. I wish I had applied to USC but I got in as a freshman and I couldn’t afford it. What part of BUs program are you looking into? I want to do advertising and see if I can minor in magazine or photojournalism. I like that it’s in the middle of the city and has a big group of people interested in what I’m interested since there’s a specific communications school. Not crazy about the campus or the weather though. I was accepted to Washu for Communication Design, which is a BFA.

What do you mean by communication OP? If you are going into a specific concentration like public relations or advertising,

BU, Syracuse, USC (for PR), and Chapman are all great choices.

I actually wanted to go to UCLA as a freshman but my parents wouldn’t let me because of the high OOS tuition. If you’re not from cali but want LA, USC and UCLA turn out to be the same price (I was originally admitted to both) and USC is better known for comm.
