Hey all! I'm basically this forums biggest troll, and since I got some help on something I needed in an email to UCLA, I thought I'd share in case anyone else had been wondering about the same thing. Heres the email:

"The first two courses for the UCLA Communication Studies major are only articulated at a handful of CCCs. We are aware that most applicants do not have access to Comm St 10 and Anthro 33 equivalents. Focus your effort on taking the other approved courses and, of course, obtaining the highest possible gpa. Admission to this major is highly selective.

Basically, it's just saying that if your CC doesn't offer those first two prereqs for a comms major at LA, you don't need to stress about it (like I was).

oh, alright. well, I didn’t know. haha. and I couldn’t really find any solid answers when I searched - just things like ‘I don’t think you have to if they don’t offer it…’ and stuff like that. I must have missed something. sorry about that!

Im applying for communication studies too this fall at UCLA. I’m assuming that you guys NathanDrake and leiFe8 are communication majors as well?
