Communications course?

<p>Hey everybody, I just have a quick question. My community college counselor told me that UC Davis is requiring an oral communications course for their gen ed, and I was confused when I heard this because I thought the UCs didn't require a communications course for IGETC. </p>

<p>Can anyone please confirm or deny this? I don't want to be taking this class next semester if I don't have to. Thanks.</p>
