Some people reported receiving emails from UCs that information was submitted to campuses. DD submitted her application on 11/26 and the only email she got was that her application was received.
It takes several weeks before the UC’s will contact applicants to setup their email portals. As long as there is a confirmation # for the submission, everything will be fine.
